Tim has lived in the Upstate of SC for over 20 years. He began his career in the construction industry at the age of 15 pouring concrete. He continued to learn the different aspects of building, eventually becoming a project manager, overseeing hundreds of houses a year. Realizing that he could do this on his own, he moved from WA state to SC to start his own company.
Over the course of his career, Tim has overseen almost every aspect of construction; from homebuilding, to remodeling, to commercial upfits and new commercial builds. As a licensed general contractor in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia, Tim has the experience you can trust.

Jill has been married to Tim for almost 16 years and have four children and one son-in-law. As a husband and wife team, Tim and Jill have worked closely together for years. With each project, Jill consults and works together with Tim on plan layout, design finishes, and almost every detail of the home. She understands and offers a depth of knowledge of her listed houses that sets her apart from most real estate professionals.
